Fitness Off Leash℠ (FOL) is an exercise program for dog lovers that enables participants to compete with themselves attempting to meet or beat their own dog and human workout routines. FOL makes use of poses and moves that require the participation of both the dog and human and are centered on:

  1. Stretching – human stretches while dog poses or participates increasing difficulty for the human and/or providing balancing on the dog’s part to increase core strength.
  2. Posing – human poses while dog poses or balances on human.
  3. Moving – human performs a motion-based body weight exercise, such as shifting poses of plank or performing a roll, while dog travels on humans torso or perches to increase difficulty and to provide core strengthening for the dog.

All FOL exercises are performed with the assistance of a spotter and only on soft surfaces such as grass or rubber matting.
